Departures From Binance

Recently, some top executives have resigned from their posts at Binance following the firm’s legal problems with watchdogs and authorities. These include general counsel Han Ng and CSO Patrick Hillmann. Hillmann explained that his wife is expected to give birth soon, making it the perfect time for him to step aside and focus on his family.

CEO’s Response

CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) confirmed the departures, but stated that they were not related to the lawsuits coming from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and issues with the Department of Justice (DOJ). He expressed pleasure when CCO Perlman said he would stay with Binance despite all regulatory issues.
